National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) - Customer Satisfaction Indexing (CSI)
AVALA was chosen to develop, execute and maintain an industry-wide CSI program for the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).
Work with the NMMA and its steering committee on an ongoing basis to provide leading-edge touch tools to support more than 100 marine manufacturers’ customer service needs.
AVALA’s turn-key program has the ability to send and receive surveys, gather and analyze data, export results to participants and issue reports in real time through a controlled-access online application at industry, corporate or dealer levels.
Participation in the program has grown 300% in six years, with a 5% increase in overall marine industry product and sales satisfaction. The program communicates results to 5000 independent dealers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
