Keystone RV Company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of towable RVs, with nearly 1000 dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada. To improve the sales process and customer experience, Keystone RV came to AVALA Marketing Group seeking guidance on how to implement a successful customer lifecycle management program.

The AVALA team rolled out a complete redesign of KeystoneRV.com and implemented Aimbase Marketing Automation to generate more leads for 25 different RV brands. SEO best practices and lead forms were used throughout the website to capture product interest, and nurture streams were established so that sales-ready leads could be scored and distributed to the appropriate dealer for follow-up.
