As a Business Analyst you must have strong client-facing experience and be able to understand their business' needs. This will help you to design effective processes, organization, change and learn plans to drive real business results. Must be able to create and execute improvement plans adapted to the specific client environment while building rapport with and mentoring clients. Having a strong interest in technology and an understanding of the full SDLC will prove helpful when dealing directly with the development team and communicating timelines and expectations to clients. Able to manage release schedules, prioritize projects, attend and lead meetings and provide project status reporting to management. Assist with testing scenarios and validating results.
