Today is an exciting day for AVALA and our client partners. We are pleased to announce our position as an Authorized Partner with ZOHO an award-winning CRM platform currently serving over 20 million users worldwide.
Through this partnership, we have integrated our proprietary marketing automation platform, Aimbase®, with the leading CRM provider. The integration will enhance the power of Aimbase, allowing brands and their dealer channel to better manage 1-to-1 interactions with leads generated from Aimbase.
Two unique integrations will be available to AVALA customers and dealers using Aimbase:
1. One-Way Integration: Leads generated from Aimbase are passed (one-way) to the manufacturer and the associated dealer’s ZOHO CRM account.
2. Two-Way Integration: The same workflow applies as the one-way integration; however, lead/account detail updates can be passed back into Aimbase, updating the originating lead profile. This integration will help manufacturers maintain an updated corporate database while leads are being managed by dealers.
AVALA is authorized to administer support to new ZOHO users in both implementation and training, giving our customers a unique experience in managing the customer relationship from Aspiration to Advocacy®.
