"Austin, Texas-based Rollick said that it planned to acquire the Avala Marketing Group on Sept. 30. Terms were not disclosed.
Rollick said in a statement that the acquisition will let it provide manufacturers and retailers in distributed dealer networks an “efficient and effective end-to-end marketing solution.” Rollick said it will become the first enterprise lead management solution connecting OEMs and dealers in the marine, powersports, RV and industrial equipment industries.
Avala has focused on digital strategy for OEMs in the marine, RV and industrial equipment industries. AVALA is the only OEM-to-dealer marketing automation, lead nurturing and loyalty management platform with this specific vertical focus."
